This article examines the phraseological units of animal husbandry, as well as common phrases and fixed expressions in the German and Kyrgyz languages. The phraseological idioms associated with the appearance, character and behavior of a person in Kyrgyz and German languages have been analyzed. In general, phraseological units and fixed expressions have the ability to decorate the language.
