In accordance with demands of the Kyrgyz Republic Highest Attestation Commission to the professional publications and the profile of the present edition scientific article should consist of:

1. The problem formulation and definition of the investigation acuteness;

2. Analysis of the latest investigations and publications, highlighting previously unresolved parts of a common problem to which the present article is devoted;

3. Theoretical research grounds, methodology and the imperial base characteristics;

4. Summary of the main research results in accordance with the tasks set.

5. Conclusions and perspectives of the research results usage.
